Almanac Day

The traditional Tong Shu reading for the date: its day officer, stem and branch, and the activities it favors and warns against.

Your BaZi

How the day's pillar interacts with your own birth chart. The same date can be excellent for one person and a clash for another.

Feng Shui

A check rather than a rating: whether the day breaks the year or clashes with your home's facing, plus the day's wealth, joy and fortune directions. Feng shui can object to a day; it never has to endorse one.

When the almanac and your BaZi both rate a day favorable and feng shui raises no objection, it earns the gold 吉 mark. Those are the days worth circling. Everything else gets a clear rating from Very Auspicious to Avoid, with the reasons one tap away.
